In
every place of work, there are ‘thinkers’ and there are ‘operative’
staff; if you’re an operative personnel, your job is to get to work and
stop nosily thinking for the thinkers, your supervisor is paid BIG to do
the thinking for you, that is why every setting has an observable chain
of command; y’all call it hierarchy…right?
After writing
the above, I realised perhaps some of you are not just motivated enough
to get on with your work without challenging; I feel you, many chosen to
be THINKERS these days are in fact TINKERERS…
