If
you’re the boss, you’ll sometimes need to be bossy ain't nothing
arrogant about that; that way you can take charge of the direction of
whatever you’re bossing; or you may choose to sleep on the controls and
let everyone slack around when there’s work to be done if that’s what
you need.
You’ll be dubbed Mr. Nice Guy with all the finest adjectives ending with ‘est’, but are you being fairly played
with, is what I doubt. Every boss should allocate a time for ‘Maslaha’,
a time to socialise and give day offs in great abundance, but most
importantly a time to demand and recognise hard work and to give a pat
on the back when deserved.
‘Sunj Fi Nak’ i don't know if it is a
'catch-22' thingy, but many people play that overly friendly and unduly
forgiving boss type, possibly because they think their positions are
impermanent and they don’t want to deal with any pitiless exit; but
sooner or later, work and society that that work should serve will
suffer...
