If one continues being perfectly poor and can’t manage to move a bit up
the economic ladder whilst living amongst very wealthy folks or in a
community where everyone has the benefit of an economically gainful
position.
Correspondingly, whilst living in a totally broke
community (one inhabited by very-very poor people), if one manages to be
enormously affluent or happen to get his (her) hands on all the goodies
like one born with a silver spoon and he(she) doesn’t illustrate
evidence of any prior meaningful hard work
IMHO…there’s something about both circumstances that do not add up.
