I know it can be tough to have to find new friends or pretend to have
gotten new friends because you feel there is nothing worth preserving or
long-term about your old friendship; that’s okay. What is not okay is to set
about calling a once ‘true friend’ a slave/‘Jaam’ simply because y’all don’t
spend time anymore; even without open-mindedly considering if what’s up was in
fact not due to genuine circumstances; or check if you're in fact not cunningly
the catalyst to the fallout??
Even if shit was plain disloyalty, the fact is, we will all age and
circumstances will change, even this unrealistic vogue of ‘BFF’ will not last
and that is a fact. Levels will change and some of your mates will grow
influential and get influential buddies, some will grow rich, some poor; some
unclear if they should be considered rich or poor, some will change workplaces
and career, others will just want to change their circle of friends; because
maybe the former one sucks.
Some will get over-involved in foolish conducts and infancies of no use,
some will become ‘Markasses’ and ‘Ibadou-Rahmans, whilst some will become total
renegades; irresponsibility will win others over, some will travel, others will
die too early, some will become outlaws or even jailed, others may go either insane
or turn into retards, and some you wouldn’t hear from till time without
end..That’s it!
P.S…Personally, when I feel that someone’s ditched me either deceptively
or due to understandable conditions, I just don’t care, because to me, it is
more than likely that you’re the one missing out on having a real friend
